A plain-language note on what this site measures, why it matters, and how you stay in control.

01
What we measure
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits, approximate engagement time, scroll depth, clicks, referral sources, device and browser categories, and how people move through the site. We do not ask these tools to collect the content of an email brief or a booking form.
02
Why we measure it
The purpose is practical: learn which work and ideas resonate, improve the site experience, and understand whether visitors reach actions such as booking a call, opening a portfolio link, or starting an email brief.
03
Consent and cookies
Analytics storage is off until you choose to allow it. Google and Microsoft may receive limited cookieless signals while storage is off. If you allow analytics, identifiers may be stored so visits can be understood across pages and sessions. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain off.
04
Who processes data
Google processes Google Analytics data and Microsoft processes Clarity data on SWAY’s behalf, subject to their product terms and privacy practices. Their infrastructure may process data outside your country. SWAY does not sell website analytics data.
05
Your choices
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer at any time to allow or withdraw analytics storage for this browser. Browser controls can also clear stored identifiers. If you email SWAY or book through Cal.com, those services handle the information you choose to submit under their own privacy terms.
06
Contact
For a privacy question or request relating to SWAY, contact eric@swaymedia.io. We may update this note when the site, vendors, or legal requirements change.
[YOUR SETTING]
Change analytics storage for this browser whenever you want.
